Try searching in just
libraries/in the project root. I assume this is what the existinglibrariesentry is for, but this ends up resolving tolibraries/libraries/, which feels wrong, as well as not being especially compatible with the official arduino IDE(Yes this is an archived library, but hey someone might need this patch too!)
