token-list: Adding a new token to Scroll

Attention

please be sure the tokens are registered on L1 and L2 before add them.

Steps

1. Go to the new issue page: https://github.com/scroll-tech/nft-token-list/issues/new/choose.
2. Click "Get started" next to "Add ERC721/ERC1155 token".
3. Fill out the form and submit!

Result

A PR will be opened automatically to add new NFT token to token list. Once this PR is merged (Scroll team will handle it as soon as possible), you will need to wait another ~5 minutes and refresh the page to select the new token address. Example:
