UCALC Beta 0.4.06.1 Alpha 2 build

This build marks the (almost) full conversion of UCALC to GitHub, with some sensitive files left out. I had to publish this release a bit early, due to a storm outside.

Development on the 0.4.07.0 branch will begin at some point after this release.
