What is the purpose of the change?
The Providers section (or potentially an Ecosystem section) should be more accessible and visually prominent. Given the efforts to render and display providers across various components, it deserves to stand out. Also, this section relates to multiple areas, not just the Building section, making its relevance broader.
With this adjustment, the topbar does become more crowded. On that note, considering to incorporate the Getting Started sub-docs into other relevant sections, challenging the initial case for it.

Refactors the docs under build/providers to its own subdocs and provides access on the topbar.
