Update paths for senzing v4 #370

The LD_LIBRARY_PATH and PYTHONPATH need to be updated in the Dockerfile for Senzing v4, they both contain the older "g2" directory.

The approach needs to account for usage in V3 as well as in V4.

Perhaps looking for:

  • V3: /opt/senzing/g2/g2BuildVersion.json
  • V4: /opt/senzing/er/szBuildVersion.json
