fslretho provides a user-friendly GUI to analyse behavioral datasets and focus the attention of users in the biological questions at hand, freeing them from programming technicalities.
It is shipped as an R Shiny application. Shiny is an R package that makes it easy to build interactive web apps straight from R. Find more about it here.
You can install the released version of fslretho from CRAN with:
install.packages("fslretho ")
You can launch the GUI by running
fslretho::main()
