couldn't find 2.4 tarball, it works with 2.4.3 #1991

OS: CentOS 6.10 instance on Google cloud pip install did not copy init files to /etc/init.d and even after copying them over, it complains about a missing command "log_failure_msg" Trying the tarball originally listed in doc didnt work, I get 404 for that link I was able to install flawlessly using 2.4.3 URL I have updated and the other steps were all OK
