メモ: https://github.com/jrsoftware/issrc/tree/main/Files/Languages から言語ファイルがあることを確認（但しUnofficialは参照しない）し、
Name: "<language>"; MessagesFile: "compiler:\Languages\<Language>.isl"をwindows/innosetup.issの[Languages]セクションに追加する。
