How do we replicate the bug?

  1. Login with username bidan8
  2. Search for a registered client that hasn't started first contact yet
  3. Click on their name
  4. Click start contact
  5. App will crash

How is this feature expected to work?

App shouldn't crash and proceed with the quick check form for first contact
