A list of organizations can be found here: https://umass.campuslabs.com/engage/organizations

Information we should gather:

Organization name
Image/icon URL
Description
Contact information (including social media links)
Officers
Members
Additional information section stuff
Document download links

There's an API behind all this, so thankfully we don't need to parse too much HTML. I haven't poked around too much but here's a sample endpoint: https://umass.campuslabs.com/engage/api/discovery/search/organizations?orderBy[0]=UpperName%20asc&top=10&filter=&query=&skip=0
