Right now running it twice with the same options produces this:

sqlite3.IntegrityError: UNIQUE constraint failed: pypi_packages.name

Embarrassing: I shipped 0.2.1 without having pushed the commit!

I have yanked the 0.2.1 release on PyPI, about to ship 0.2.2.
