Replaced ustar magic check with checksum magic check and checksum validation.
Attempts to add some more magic failed, tar implementations don't seem to respect
pad wtih NULpolicy even for legacy mode.Recommendations from https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tar_(computing)
