Fixes #110
This now uses
METHOD_NOW_THROWS_CHECKED_EXCEPTIONandMETHOD_NO_LONGER_THROWS_CHECKED_EXCEPTIONfor constructors as well. Is that acceptable or do they have to be renamed?
