这样可能会有这个问题： 微软字体斜体会被相邻背景遮挡，将 arial 放置其前 #11841 |

我刚刚发现，就算 arial 在前面，因为没有中文字形所以还是会回退到微软雅黑，斜体还是有问题。还得想想怎么能解决 |

又发现我这里 arial 的斜体也会被遮挡 |

仔细看了一下 Segoe UI 也是略微被遮挡。又看了一下其他的笔记软件都有同样的问题，应该是没法解决了 |

可以截图说明一下么？因为以前这样调整是有改善的。 |

我又看了一下，微软雅黑没有带斜体字形所以对数字字母符号的影响很大（其他字体的斜体也会遮挡，但遮挡的部分很小），汉字因为各种字体都没有斜体字形所以无论怎样排字体顺序都会产生遮挡。 改成 arial 放前面了，不过只能优化英文符号的斜体显示。 |
