#27 の一部

前提として， #3 のEarth FrameとLocal Frameの変換を実装して落下分散を緯度経度で出力できるようにする必要がある．

色々考えた結果，国土地理院の地理院タイルAPIを使って地図を取ってきて，その上にプロットするのが一番良さそうとなった．
これをやるには幾つかのJavaScriptライブラリがあるが，軽く見たところleafletが一番手軽かつ見た目的にも良さそう．

leafletを使ってあまつかぜの射点・回収地点・落下可能範囲・落下禁止範囲を描画してみたやつ

pymap3d使ってFROGSで使えるものができたのでしばらくはそれを使う(そのうち本体に移植)
