This will let my reports be done without more glue on the host side.

Given our naming scheme file:write will be a good name.

Implement file:write
eab11bf 
This matches file:read, and allows writing (string) data to a named
file in a simple fashion.

* Add the primitive.
* Add the test-cases.
* Add the documentation.

This closes #49.
