Mozim -- DHCP Client Daemon

Still doing code sign, no real work this project can do yet. Check again in 2021.

Goal

Provides UNIX socket interface for CLI and Daemon communication.
Provides C/Python/Rust/Varlink API for DHCP client management.
Thread per interface.
Command line tool(mozim) with JSON and YAML output.
