This will require waiting on #98 a little regarding the options exposed but for the most part the basic properties are passable.

Would things like glow, outline and shadow be part of this? For non-bitmap fonts this would be interesting at least.

Not for this issue specifically, this is related to a typedef constructor options.

Those types of ideas should be #153 on the discuss sheet.

TextOptions are in, they might change slightly for #151 but this can be closed
