What is the motivation for this PR?
To fix the issue sonic-net/sonic-buildimage#21586 new change is introduced as part of PR sonic-net/sonic-buildimage#21587
This change is to accommodate the new changes in the process crash testcase
How did you do it?
Execute TSB after process crash to make sure traffic is back before validation stage
How did you verify/test it?
Ran the testcase with the new changes and verified the results
