It is possible that an RDF file can throw InvalidFileFormat or a tag Value file (
time-with-ascii-dependency.spdx- due to DocumentID instead of DocumentNamespace ) to throw InvalidSpdxTagFileException from BuildDocument.So it is best to accumulate those error and show the user the final error as a mix of both tag value verification error and RDF verification error.
