Become a sponsor to Jay Monari
And welcome to my intro!
Name's Jay and I like to code π€ I started rather recently (around 2019) but it's become my π favorite π thing to do for work and in my free time. I'm completely self-taught, never went to college for anything computer related. Along with that I was also struggling π« very much during COVID times for some dosh πΈπΈ so everything I learned to get the big bucks salary was for free by kind and amazing people all over the interwebs π.
I want to be a part of that community, giving out quality resources, and hopefully have someone think of how my contributions have helped them get to a better place in life β±οΈπΉπ ποΈ
π€ I will never stop growing my base of knowledge (knowing Python3, Bash, Go, Java, JS, TS, Lua, etc.) but along the way I can share what I've learned. One of the things I learned is to write it down because I'm gonna forget if not π
So as I write π down more stuff and refine it more and more it becomes digestible by others. I currently don't have any crazy cool projects like versatile text editors, frameworks for CLI/GUI/Web/etc., orchestration/containerization tools, etc., but I do take good notes, why not Go check it out and tell me if you learn anything π
While I think it's great that revenue can come from sponsorship, it's not the driving factor. Rather the act of giving money to a greater cause that I'm fulfilling drives me to create more quality content at a faster pace. Seeing people openly speak up and say
Your contributions are important to the developer community.
and taking action with sponsorship fuels β½ my passion even more π₯ along with giving validity to the project. This lets people know that I'm here to stay and going to do the absolute best πͺ π€
