Overview/Summary

The Break Glass Account Testing Cadence (M) is a new control using Azure Active Directory (AAD) which ensures that Break Glass accounts remain active and secure by monitoring the last login date.

This PR fixes/adds/changes/removes

This pull request includes

1. the new control for GR13 V3 break glass account check
2. bugfix for multi-cloud profile output for GR2 V7 Risk based access mechanism
