Is it possible to get this merged @Samweli? Then I should be able to use a released version of this plugin with my STAC API, rather than having to build the plugin myself.

Hi @robintw, many thanks for the PR, I checked the pystac_client (https://github.com/stac-utils/pystac-client) library which the plugin depends on and the library still uses pystac version 1.2.0, there might be some break updating pystac at the moment.

Do you have any issue using the plugin with the pystac version 1.2.0? We are also planning to update the pystac-client library soon to version 0.3.2.

@robintw merging this due to the inclusion of a pystac fix here stac-utils/pystac#697. Many thanks!
