It could be a nice idea to have a command à la \stackscite which would expand to \cite[\href{stacks.math.columbia.edu/tag/0123}{tag 0123}]{stacks-project} or variations on this.

Implemented a rough version of \stackscite

See #1, there should be more configuration options. And would it be feasible / desirable to have the `stacks` package fetch the type of the tag?
