This PR enables running Nimbus Light Client by using newly created role infra-role-nimbus-light-client.

in stand alone mode without EL client.

I don't see a need for a separate playbook, unless you think it's useful, then you can just reference it from the holesky playbook.

You are right. That was in case we need to deploy it on a new host, standalone. But we'll think off that when the times come.
