Update all dependencies, primarily
web-vitalsto include a fix for the lighthouseno-unload-eventwarning. Alsorollup-plugin-postcss4.0+ requirespostcssalso to be installed. In addition,web-vitalsno longer exposes anisFinalboolean on the metrics, so I changed it to just check if a value is present.
