I think this will not work, as the ISAR cluster is behind firewall, not reachable by letsencrypt.
You probably need to go with the Red Hat Internal CA and an external secret (as used for quay here: https://github.com/stormshift/clusters/blob/main/isar-apps/quay/40_extsecret-quay-coe-cert.yaml)
