Started to write a documentation for Next and more broadly Vercel tooling.

@eric-burel could you keep me in the loop regarding this? And would love to coordinate with you and push this into the documentation sometime next year. Probably this will need to be placed on its own category and section. But we'll cross that bridge when you get there.

Yep, it might take some time though. The Next/Storybook integration seems to raise a deeper question of factoring and standardizing Webpack practices across frameworks, I'll keep working on this question in the months to come.
