feat: add rewind button to interactions subnav

What I did

Added a rewind to start button to the subnavigation of the interactions addon panel. Clicking this button will rewind interactions to the very beginning, before the first interaction begins. Additionally, updated button styles and moved the replay button to the toolbar.

This looks great. I tested in Storybook. I'm unsure why the Chromatic tests failed, but I'm happy to do a UI review in the morning if needed.
