e.g. if both plotRaster and plotSpikeHist are turned on, figure 1 and figure 2 are the raster plot and the spike histo plots respectively. when it comes time for saving the plotTraces plot, those are saved as well, as wrongly labelled traces_1 and traces_2.
I guess a quick workaround would be to call plotTraces before the other plot functions so that the only figures that are plotted are the traces (haven't tried).
