What is the current behavior?
Updating the manifest files for homebrew and scoop is done manually which is tedious.
What is the new behavior?
Created a workflow which can be triggered manually to generate and push the manifest files to respective repos.
Additional context
The logic is encapsulated in a reusable workflow so that fully automating in future is just a matter of calling it from an auto-triggered workflow.
