  • mention vite-plugin-svelte
  • mention SvelteKit and the package command. didn't go as far as recommending it yet, but didn't recommend against it either
  • update link to point to the relevant portion of tools page
  • don't link separately to rollup-plugin-svelte and svelte-loader as they're already linked to on the SvelteSociety page
