Provide permanent permalink to posts and blogs #96

Due to the fact that blog names can change, urls to posts and blogs often break and lead to nowhere or an error page.

We should provide a permanent link that uses the blog's UUID as to make sure that the link always goes to the specific post or blog

Fix AttributeError on all pages with posts

The custom defined jinja test "a_post" pointed to an old
location for the Post model that did not reflect the changes
seen in #96.

This commit updates it to use the proper location
