CI has started failing on installation of the helm-unittest plugin (ref).

The upstream for this plugin does not currently support Helm v3. There is a PR open for this (https://github.com/lrills/helm-unittest/pull/89) but as of today it has not been merged. To work around this, we are using a Rancher fork of the plugin, but Helm v3 support was reverted a few hours ago without much explanation (rancher/helm-unittest#8).
For now, we should remove this from the CI flow. Once the plugin is compatible, it should be re-added.
