Is this even true for Symfony versions that have been released before the release cycle was established? |

@xabbuh for the oldest versions this wasn't a very strict process, but it was more or less respected. |

@javiereguiluz I'm just wondering if we should just leave it blank for these versions. But I don't have any strong opinion on this. |
