Users shouldn't be forced to start a new shell/execute a command, but should be able to do the eval $(aws-sso ...) trick when they specify all the CLI args.

This really depends on #12 so it's easy to specify the role on the CLI.

Remove renew and add eval

 * Add `eval` command which does both the `renew` functionality
    and adds support for generating ENV vars for arbitrary SSO roles
 * Update to Kong 0.2.18
