- Add this option in the room creation screen
- Handle the retention period in the room settings

- Code cleaning : Define a reusable content view for the retention period picker
- Remove expired messages from the store - Use a temporary MatrixSDK branch "dinum" which added a new MXFile API. This changes will be merged on develop later
