cwdfrom the config ofteambit.harmony/bit.Otherwise, when running tests on a different workspace, it loads the
Configaspect with the workspace.jsonc of the bit repo. (to reproduce, runbit test renamingand notice how the workspace.jsonc of bit-repo is changed)
