Decide whether to use tendermint or cosmos for Liquidity module REST endpoints

Problem Definition

Currently REST endpoint path is using /tendermint/liquidity/v1beta1/* Liquidity Swagger

But for the consistency with cosmos-sdk modules It could be /cosmos/liquidity/v1beta1/* Comos Swagger

Proposal

• Decide whether to use tendermint or cosmos for Liquidity module REST endpoints
• If it is decided to be cosmos, plan to proceed with the work below. ( decided to change to cosmos ) Add liquidity module to gaia cosmos/gaia#859 (comment)
  • Change endpoints to use cosmos on .proto Change liquidity REST endpoints to use cosmos #405
  • Update documentations
