ESM support for teenytest, so that it can load ES modules in addition to CJS.
This PR is a continuation of @jkrems work on this. I just put the finishing touches.
@searls Note that the tests won't fully pass till you merge the PR in function-names-at-line (testdouble/function-names-at-line#3), publish the package, so that I can update the dependency here . I did check it using
npm link, so it should be OK.
