Update Cypress version in peerDependencies #279

We experience no issues using Cypress Testing Library in pre-release builds of Cypress 14, and there are no changes to command behavior that would be relevant here, so this should be safe.

What: Add Cypress 14 to the supported Cypress versions in peerDependencies.

Why: Avoid compatibility warnings when Cypress 14 is updated in Cypress Testing Library projects.

How: Following existing pattern of explicitly defining major Cypress versions.

Hi folks! Cypress 14 is expected any day now, is there a way to get this merged ahead of that so people don't get mismatched peer dependency warnings when they update?
