Added scoped services support

Example:

using var server = new RemotingServer(new()

    RegisterServicesAction = container =>
        container.RegisterService<ILogger, Logger>(ServiceLifetime.Scoped);
});

Every remote call gets its own ILogger instance across all services requesting it.
