Hide early wood, platform to zoom 17

This needs to move to zoom 17 from 16 (or 15 or earlier!):

• wood pois min_zoom only (keep landuse min_zoom as-is)

• platform (various input, single output) – this was original optimized for rural areas but it overwhelms urban areas.
