Currently in v0.6.5

• Extension now more aggressively forces local user runtime and picks up the latest runtime version available (including previews). This makes it possible to use the extension with preview versions of .NET/MSBuild (Use latest user's .NET runtime #152).
• Language server now validates dotnet host process exit code and can provide more diagnostic information in some scenarios, such as when the SDK configured in global.json is not available (Validate dotnet process exit code when discovering .NET SDK / runtime info msbuild-project-tools-server#106).

@DoctorKrolic - trying out a simplified workflow for releases (this gives us a starting point for deciding what goes into a release).

If you're ok with it, I'll tag and publish after it gets merged (and eventually set up a pipeline that automatically publishes the extension when a pull request has the release label).
