Offer alternatives to GoogleTranslate

I was having a conversation with (https://niu.moe/users/tomo/updates/9114) and they brought up that it would be good to have something open source rather than relying on google. I personally don't have a problem but I understand people do with using google/closed source products.

The ideas I have in mind are either to give the option in some sort of settings to an alternative (& maybe google as a fallback) or just a straight swap between the two.
