This PR adds a few AIX specific fixes need to build cleanly:

  • Disable multi-os-directory option on AIX. Clang on AIX does not support this option, so disable it at configure time.
  • disable-dependency-tracking and use gmake, as AIX make doesn't seem to work very well with the generated makefiles
