After testing and updating some tests, this tests are restored back.
One of the main reasons to do that is that we cannot simply remove checks that were already released, as the users can selected them and right now it is not possible to remove checks that are not coming in the catalog from trento frontend (there are some backend queries that can be used though).
We have added some notes to some checks, to warm the user of the scenario with majority maker cannot be used
