A user in this issue proposed that the documentation regarding the
truffle-config.jswas a bit confusing. This PR attempts to more clearly explain what default Truffle uses when executing commands requiring a network configuration. It also gets rid of some things that are out-of-date and need to be updated for the current configuration provided in thetruffle initproject.
