#License plate recognition Application

• This project will practice about license plate recognition of car in Viet Nam.

• This project using library opencv java to process image.

• I will direct you install OpenCV Java in OS Linux and Window.

  • You access website below to download OpenCV appropriate with OS your PC.

• Then change URL image in file Utils.java.

• Run file Main to show result.
