Corrected/updated Azure section with proper working code example.
Added version locking for provider/TF, and removed container hard-code (as it's provided in the terraform init command-line.
Updated code for failing resources to append a random integer to the name. Also fixed KeyVault Secret resource code block (it was missing the quotes).
